For definitive confirmation, in addition to the ordinary fax, e-mail or postal service, we require a confirmation deposit to be paid within the following 15 days, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled.
This price list and what is specified have absolute value, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not accept pets of any size.

Deposit and cancellation
The deposit requested as a definitive confirmation of the reservation constitutes a guarantee of the same and not a deposit on the services provided, therefore, when the subject (reservation) to which it refers is missing, it will not be possible to return it (articles 1385 and 1386 Civil Code), except in cases of absolute force majeure and with written attestation by an appropriate authority. In the event that the requested deposit is not received by the deadline indicated in the correspondence, we will automatically cancel the reservation.
Early departure or late arrival
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the amount relating to empty beds will be charged, with application of the provincial accommodation price list.
Check-in and check-out
On departure the rooms must be vacated no later than 10.00 am. Upon arrival, the rooms are available from 12.30, if arrival is expected after 20.00, notice is welcome.
Children
Children in the room with their parents benefit from special discounts that vary according to age.
Animals
We do not accept pets of any size.
